My Bone Marrow Butter Recipe

Notes

If you have trouble finding bone marrow, you can ask your butcher for it or try finding it at a specialty meat shop.

You can use any type of unsalted butter in this recipe, including salted butter if that’s all you have on hand. Just be sure to adjust the amount of salt you add to the bone marrow butter accordingly.
