This is a simple sweet vodka cocktail that’s perfect for the summer or beach! As a variant of the sex on the beach cocktail, it’s made Caribbean blue curacao instead of cranberry juice, vodka, peach schnapps, and sprite. With its blend of peach, orange, and lemon-lime flavors, this drink is sure to be a crowd favorite. Drink responsibly because these will sneak up on you quickly!

Peach Schnapps
Peach schnapps is made by adding peach flavoring to a clear grain spirit and it has an alcohol content between 15% and 20%. The most popular brand in the US is DeKuyper. For this recipe, you will need 1 ounce per drink.
Blue Curacao
Curacao is a Caribbean liqueur made using the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit with an alcohol content varying greatly between 15% and 45%. Blue Curacao, which is what this recipe calls for, is essentially the same thing but has blue food coloring added to give drinks their unique and bold look. Use 1 ounce per drink.
Vodka
Vodka, a light-flavored clear liquor, usually has an alcohol content of 40%. You’ll occasionally see people substituting for white rum instead of vodka. Add some kick to this drink by adding 2 ounces per drink.
Sprite or Club Soda
Lastly, top with Sprite or club soda and stir gently. Use Sprite to add some sweetness and tartness along with the refreshing lemon-lime flavor. If the drink turns out too sweet for you, just substitute for club soda instead and add your own lemon and lime juice. This recipe uses 6 ounces per drink.
Garnish
Optionally finish off your drink with a slice of lemon or lime and a sprig of mint.

- For a low carb version, use 4 ounces of vodka along with Mio’s electric blue and peach water enhancers.
- Freese some maraschino cherries in an ice cube tray for an added pop of color and flavor.
